The Mushroom Kingdom is the main setting of the Metallix Saga. It is where the Mushroom Kingdom's heroes, the Mario Brothers make their residence. The Mushroom Kingdom is ruled by the benevolent monarch Princess Peach.
Super Mario Bros. Z
In Super Mario Bros. Z, the Mushroom Kingdom serves as the primary setting, with Metallix traveling from Sonic's World through his use of Chaos Control to pursue the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic and Shadow followed after him in order to prevent him from collecting the Emeralds and to destroy him once and for all.
Trivia
- The layout of the Mushroom Kingdom's overworld map is mostly unchanged from the 2006 Series.
- However there are some notable changes, such as Professor E. Gadd's laboratory now being located towards the northeast of the map rather than the southwest.
