Mecha Mario is an upcoming antagonist set to appear at some point during the Metallix Saga.
Biography[]
Appearance[]
Mecha Mario, like Metal Sonic to Sonic, was created in Mario's image. His face is constructed with grey metal, with a pair of cyan optic-censors serving as his eyes. He has a large circular nose with a short, spiked black piece jutting out from both sides. Atop his head is a red hat-like helmet with an "M" printed on the front. His legs and abdomen were primarily built with blue metal, with two large shoulder guards emulating the straps on Mario's overalls. He has a pair of white bulky gauntlets and a pair of brown feet designed to resembled Mario's gloves and shoes respectively.

- Mark Haynes commissioned Mecha Mario's sprites from Tumblr user Fun Havers Club.[2]
- Mecha Mario's design may have been inspired by the character, Robo Mario. Particularly in his "ear" pieces on his head.
